How Order Fulfillment Works

All orders are fulfilled manually unless you set up the Auto Fulfill Shopify Flow. Manual fulfillment gives you full control over when production begins and when your card is charged. This is helpful if you want to manage your daily order volume or control spending throughout the day.

If a fulfillment request is ever declined, review the decline reason shown in the app. When the issue is related to payment, remove and re-enter your card details under Settings in the Ninja POD app, then request fulfillment again.

What Happens After Fulfillment Is Requested

Once you request fulfillment and it is accepted by the app, your order moves into production. The process looks like this:

· Your artwork is processed and prepared for printing

· Blank apparel is ordered by the stock team

· Films are printed

· Apparel arrives and is pressed with your design

· The completed product is blind-shipped to your customer

Production and Shipping Timelines

While we do not offer guaranteed delivery dates, we do provide reliable estimated timelines.

Production Time
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Once an order ships, delivery typically occurs within 5 to 7 business days.

Possible Delays
Some sizes or specific products may take a few extra days to arrive from vendors, which can extend production times. Because of these variables, we do not recommend offering guaranteed production timelines on your store. Instead, provide estimated timeframes and note that some items may require additional time depending on availability.
